Is my Membership fee good for my whole career? No, your membership fee is for one year on the Coke Tour.
Where do I get my scorecard when arriving at the event? Starters will be on the first and tenth tee box giving out cards, and walking you through the rules for the day.
Do I need to sign in when arriving at the course? No the starters will know who is playing and who isn’t. It is the players responsibility to show up on time to their tee time.
How many holes do I play? See rules above.
How long are the tees for Body Armor and Powerade? It really depends on the course and holes, but we try to stay quite short for Body Amor’s on par three, and between 100-200 for par 4’s and 5’s. Powerade will play a little bit further behind the Body Armor’s.
If I’m signed up for 18 holes, but only want to play 9 is that permitted? Yes, but you will be charged for 18 holes and will finish last in points for the tournament.
What happens if my birthday falls during the middle of the summer? Your age on May 26th, 2025, determines the group you play in. If you would like to play up a division, that is fine, but you must stay in the same division the whole year.
What if I have a rules problem? Please call the clubhouse to speak to the professional staff on site, or the Coke Tour Staff numbers listed below. Play two balls if we can’t get back to you in time.
Why aren’t the 13-18 girls playing the forward tees, that is where we play in high school golf? We believe developing players for their next level of golf. The forward tees are too short and therefore hinder their development.
When do I get my tee time? The day before the tournament, an email will be sent out with all tee times. They will be listed on the blue golf site. Please click on the “View Tournaments” link on the homepage.
How many points do I need to qualify for the Tour Championship? We do not know. Each age division varies each year. You must play in 4 events though.
What do players typically shoot? Depends on the tournament, some players have good days, and some have bad days.
What time do we play? Mornings as soon as we can get on the course. For examples, go to past years at different sites.
Can I caddy for my junior golfer? See rules above.
What does double par mean? Multiply the par of the hole x 2. That is the max score you may take on the hole. Pick up when you are at the max and proceed to next hole.
I play the whites tees at my course is it the same at the tournament? Tee box colors are different at every course.
What do we do if it is going to rain? The weather is hard to predict, so the tournament will proceed unless you are notified of changes. We will continue play in wet weather unless lightning or severe weather is in the near forecast. In the event the participants need to evacuate the course, tournament officials and the host facility will sound an air horn. Once the air horn is blown you must discontinue all play. Wherever your ball lies, please mark it and we will make every effort to continue play. We will do our best to finish the round as soon as we can!
Who should I call if I have a question? Email mscoketour@gmail.com. Kyle and Drew have extremely busy jobs, so if you call or text them, do not expect an immediate response.
Can I request a tee time or players to play with? Putting together the tee time list is a very large puzzle and unfortunately the large tee time requests from week to week sometimes can make the puzzle more difficult. We will do our best to accommodate the requests, but we can’t promise anything. The times the groups tee off week to week stay relatively the same, so if you would like to see examples, please visit the tournament site and click on previous tournaments.
